Returns
We have a 30-day return policy, meaning you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Eligibility for Returns

To qualify for a return, your item must be:

  • In the same condition as received.
  • Unworn or unused, with tags.
  • In its original packaging.
  • Accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase.

How to Initiate a Return

Returns must be sent to the following address:

If your return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.

For customers outside Paraguay, return shipping may take longer.

Damages & Issues

Please inspect your order upon receipt. Contact us immediately if the item is:

  • Defective
  • Damaged
  • Incorrect

We will evaluate the issue and provide a resolution.


Non-Returnable Items

Certain items cannot be returned, including:

  • Perishable goods (food, flowers, plants).
  • Custom or personalized items.
  • Personal care products (beauty items).
  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases.
  • Sale items & gift cards (non-refundable).

Exchanges

The fastest way to get a replacement item is:

  1. Return the original item.
  2. Once the return is accepted, place a new order.

European Union 3-Day Cooling Off Period

If merchandise is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 3 days for any reason.

The item must be unused, in its original condition, with tags and packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.


Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you if the refund is approved.

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 10 business days to your original payment method.
  • Your bank or credit card company may take additional time to post the refund.
